Elevation Infusion Services offers tailored medical care led by a dedicated BD-certified nurse and pharmacist. Every patient is provided with a disease-specific, personalized care plan that is completely focused on fulfilling the needs of the patient and his or her healthcare team.
We provides pre- and post-surgery infusion therapy, as well as home therapies and ongoing care. Our bleeding disorder team includes expert bleeding disorder physical therapists who can consult with local hospitals or home infusion patients about the best course of action after a bleeding episode or surgery.

What conditions is infusion treatment used to treat?
HEMOPHILIA A
A hereditary hemorrhagic disorder resulting from a congenital deficit of factor VIII that manifests as protracted and excessive bleeding either spontaneously or secondary to trauma.
HEMOPHILIA B
A rare genetic bleeding disorder in which affected individuals have insufficient levels of a blood protein called Factor IX.
VON WILLEBRAND DISEASE
A blood disorder in which the blood does not clot properly.
Blood contains many proteins that help the blood clot when needed.
